Pricing Philosophy

Paáyo does not bill insurance and does not provide documentation for reimbursement or clinical verification. Remaining outside of insurance systems allows the work to stay focused on your actual circumstances rather than on diagnostic requirements or utilization criteria.

We recognize that cost is a significant factor in decisions about support. Paáyo maintains a limited number of reduced rate and sliding scale spaces for individuals and families who would not otherwise be able to participate at the standard rate. When finances are a concern, we discuss this directly and collaboratively, considering the type of support requested, frequency of sessions, and any community resources that may complement our work. The goal is a clear, respectful conversation rather than guesswork.

Paáyo provides non-clinical emotional support and skill building for youth, young adults, and caregivers. Our rates are structured to reflect the depth of preparation, expertise, and time involved in each session, while remaining as accessible as we can reasonably sustain.

Our Services

Youth Support
Sessions

Individual appointments designed for young people navigating emotional overwhelm, school and peer stress, identity questions, family tension, or difficulty expressing what they are feeling. Sessions focus on increasing emotional language, strengthening self understanding, and building practical strategies for managing daily challenges at home, at school, and in social settings. Caregivers may be involved at designated points, while preserving a developmentally appropriate space for youth to speak openly. Current fees for youth sessions are listed in the scheduling portal.

Young Adult Support Sessions

Individual appointments for people moving through transitions in education, work, relationships, and identity while managing stress, burnout, or longstanding patterns that are no longer sustainable. Sessions focus on reflective understanding, values aligned decision making, communication and boundary skills, and realistic routines that support functioning in daily life. The current rate for young adult sessions aligns with youth session pricing and is published clearly in the portal.

Caregiver Support Sessions

Dedicated spaces for parents and caregivers who are carrying significant emotional and practical responsibility at home. Sessions focus on understanding recurring interaction patterns, exploring how personal history and beliefs about caregiving shape responses, and developing consistent, relationship focused approaches to communication, limits, and repair. This work often includes careful attention to both the caregiver’s well being and the needs of the child or family system. The caregiver session rate is noted in the scheduling portal and may differ from individual youth and young adult fees.

Schools & Organizations

Paàyo partners with organizations and nonprofits navigating sustained emotional load, complex decision-making, and high-impact work. Paàyo partners with schools and youth-serving programs to strengthen emotional and relational practice in nonclinical educational settings.

Paáyo offers a complimentary consultation to determine fit prior to beginning services. During this visit, we review what daily life currently looks like for you or your child, the primary concerns bringing you to Paáyo, and the outcomes you hope to see. We then describe how services are structured, outline the relevant options, and provide a transparent overview of fees. If Paáyo is not the appropriate setting, we will state that clearly and, when possible, suggest alternative pathways for support.

If you are interested in services but uncertain about affordability, you are encouraged to raise this during the consultation or at any point in the process. While reduced rate and sliding scale options are limited and cannot be guaranteed in every instance, Paáyo is committed to transparent, respectful discussion regarding cost, frequency of sessions, and potential alternatives when needed.

Scope Reminder

Paáyo is a non-clinical service. We do not provide diagnosis, therapy, or crisis care. Our role is to offer emotional support, clear understanding, and practical skills you can use in the situations that matter most in your day.
